This multisport, team relay features six timed stages starting with ski/snowboard touring and downhill skiing/snowboarding on Whistler Blackcomb, downhill mountain biking in the Whistler Mountain Bike Park from the snow line to the valley, running, canoeing through the River of Golden Dreams, and finishing with cross country biking.

The Great Slush Cup will challenge competitors to dress to impress and employ all the style and skill they can muster in their attempts to clear a massive slush pit. This fun event will be free for all participants skiing and riding that day and registration will take place at the event.

The Great Cheakamus River Extreme Kayak Race
The legendary Cheakamus River is synonymous with Whistler kayaking. Class 4+ above kayakers can test their skills in two stages. The first is a down river race where each kayaker is timed individually, the second stage, King of the River, will consist of "head to head" knockout  races through a 100m–200m section of the hardest rapids in the river.
